Ingredients

  • 4 large ripe tomatoes, cut into ¼-inch slices
  • 2 pounds fresh mozzarella cheese, cut into

Method

  1. On a large serving platter, alternate overlapping slices of tomato and mozzarella cheese.
  2. Sprinkle the basil, parsley, and black olives over all.
  3. Drizzle the vinaigrette over the salad and grind the black pepper on generously. Serve at room temperature.
