Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice
  • ¼ cup water
  • 4 ripe avocados

Method

  1. Mix the lemon juice and water together in a small bowl. Slice the peeled avocados and dip into the lemon juice mixture. Drain.
  2. Line a large serving platter with the lettuce leaves. Arrange the avocados, ham, tomatoes, and onion rings in a decorative spiral on the lettuce leaves.
  3. Drizzle the salad with the lemon vinaigrette. Season with salt and pepper
