Ingredients

Crust

  • 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, at room temperature, plus extra for greasing the pan
  • 1⅔ cups

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a 9 × 12-inch baking pan.
  2. Prepare the crust: Cream the butter and brown sugar together. Add the flour and mix well. Pat the mixture into the prepared baking pan.
