Ingredients

  • 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, at room temperature, plus extra for greasing the cookie sheet
  • 1 cup

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F for giant cookies, 350°F for regular cookies. Grease a cookie sheet.
  2. Cream the butter and both sugars together until light and fluffy. Add the eggs and vanilla and mix well.
