  • 1 cup confectioners’ sugar
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1½ table

Method

  1. Sift the confectioners’ sugar and cinnamon into a small bowl.
  2. Dribble in the juices, stirring constantly until the icing is smooth. Drizzle over the cooled cake.
