Strawberry Shortcake

One of our mothers long ago showed her spirit by announcing a dinner of only strawberry shortcake. Though we promised to keep it secret, we were typical elementary school students and couldn’t wait for “Show and Tell” the next day.

We’ve been making strawberry shortcake for ages, but it’s even better now that Sheila’s pal Sally McArthur, from Seattle, has generously shared her biscuit recipe with us. Here, we share it with you.
