  • 4 eggs, separated
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 ounces unsweetened ch

Method

  1. Beat the egg yolks and sugar together until the mixture is thick and pale yellow.
  2. Meanwhile, in the top of a double boiler set over simmering water, melt the chocolate with the 12 tablespoons butter, whisking constantly until smooth; cool slightly.
  3. Preheat the oven to 350°F
