  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • 1 pound confectioners’ sugar

Method

  1. Mix the first 5 ingredients together. Pat into an ungreased jelly-roll pan, about 10 × 15 inches and 1 inch deep. Flatten the top with a rolling pin.
  2. Melt the chocolate chips and butter in the top of a double boiler over simmering water. Spread the chocolate on the peanut butter mixture.
