Ingredients

  • 9-inch unbaked Piecrust
  • cups milk
  • 1⅛

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F. Line a 9-inch pie pan with the pastry.
  2. Heat the milk in the top of a double boiler over simmering water. Mix the sugar with the cornstarch and whisk into the milk. Add the beaten egg yolks. Stir well and cook for 3 minutes. P
