  • 1 cup dried apricots

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Combine the prunes, apricots, apples, and raisins in a heavy saucepan. Add water just to cover, set over moderate heat, and simmer until the fruit is tender, about 20 minutes. Drain the fruit thoroughly and chop.
