This icy sorbet with its kick of aquavit is a perfect way to start a summer brunch.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups tomato juice
  • 6 ounces aquavit
  • ½ cup <

Method

  1. Process all the ingredients except the fresh dill together in a food processor. Taste and correct the seasonings.
  2. Pour into an ice cube tray or freezer container and freeze at least overnight.
  3. If time allows, let the ice freeze completely, then remove it from the container, process briefly to break up the ice crystals, and refreeze. The ice will be sl
