This light and wonderful pancake was the way we began every Sunday morning at the Lewises’ weekend house in Quogue in the late 60s. Robin’s mother had learned it from the historic Bismarck Hotel in Chicago’s Loop twenty years before. We all quickly adopted it as our own weekly regimen.
