  • 1 cup black grapes
  • ½ cup

Method

  1. Combine the fruits and sprinkle with the brown sugar and lemon juice. Let stand for 2 hours, tossing several times.
  2. Lift out the fruit with a slotted spoon and divide equally among 4 balloon wineglasses.
  3. Stir the sour cream into the collected juices in the bowl.
  4. Serve the fruits topped with a dollop of the sour cream sauce and a sprig of fre
