  • 1 loaf of Big Bread
  • 3 green bell peppers, cored, seeded, and cut into thin strips
  • 4 red bell pe

Method

  1. Slice the bread horizontally into 4 slices 1 inch thick.
  2. Sauté the green and red peppers in about 2 tablespoons olive oil, together with the sweet and hot sausages, until the peppers and sausages are browned. Add salt and pepper to taste. With a slotted spoon transfer the sausages and peppers to the bottom layer of bread, topping with sliced black olives, 2 tab
