  • ½ cup shelled pecans
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature

Method

  1. Chop the pecans coarsely in a food processor.
  2. Add the cream cheese and process until smooth. Scrape out with a rubber spatula, cover, and refrigerate until ready to use.
