Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. halibut
  • 4 hard boiled eggs
  • 1 pint Mayonnaise
  • ½ pint bottle Cross & Blackwell's chow-chow

Method

Boil, cool and shred fish. Mix with the Mayonnaise, add boiled eggs, chopped—and the pickles chopped fine Delmonico Pickles, may be used in place of the chow-chow.

Serve ice cold in head lettuce leaves.
