  • 2 cups English celery, diced
  • ½ cup


Make Tomato Aspic. Pour in mould or shallow pan, to harden over night or for several hours—dependent on the weather. Cut in slices, mix in the celery, and cover with Mayonnaise, or pour in ring mould and serve with center filled with chicken or sweetbread salad.
