  • 1 qt. blueberries
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons cream
  • Yolk of 1 egg
  • Cinnamon


Wash and pick over blueberries, line pie plate with a thin layer of Kuchen Dough, or Cookie Dough, sprinkle with bread crumbs. Add the berries, sprinkle with sugar, not too much, and cinnamon, lemon juice, and over all the yolks of an egg beaten with cream. If green grapes or currants can be obtained, strew around in place of the lemon juice.
