Ingredients: 1 cup cream, beaten stiff; Lemon rind or vanilla; 1 lb. (1 pt.) cheese (press dry and put through colander); 1 cup sugar; 1 heaping tablespoon cornstarch. Juice of ½ lemon; 1 heaping tablespoon cornstarch. Juice of ½ lemon; Lemon rind or vanilla; 3 eggs beaten, separately; 2 tablespoons butter (melt and add to cheese)
