Method

Celery sticks are also delicious stuffed with cream cheese seasoned with salt and pepper and lemon juice with smoked salmon added, or with taramasalata.

Wash the celery stalks thoroughly in cold water to clean and crispen. (There are approximately nine in a head.) Trim off the leafy ends and the base. Blend together the cheese and cream until smooth.</
