This is a riff off a classic greyhound cocktail. Squeezing a single grapefruit produces just the right amount of liquid per drink and results in a much fresher taste—not to mention many more vitamins! The nutritious fruit contains flavanones to help lower stroke risk and is notoriously helpful for weight management. Fun fact: Grapefruit got its name because it grows in clusters, like grapes. Using homemade ginger beer helps keep the glycemic load down since it’s made with coconut sugar and
