Whether or not you care to get caught in the rain, this cocktail will remind you of the tropics! Rather than using pineapple juice, I opted for whole pieces of the fruit, plus creamy banana, to turn this into a frozen treat that has a ton of whole food value. Even with the banana and the falernum, it’s less sweet than what you’re likely used to in a piña colada, but I promise you won’t miss the excess sugar!
