You’d never guess by drinking this cocktail that it has more cucumber juice in it than any other ingredient. Cucumber juice is a common base for green juices because you get so much liquid out of the intensely hydrating vegetable and it has a mild, pleasant taste that, while distinctly vegetal, isn’t at all serious like kale or spinach. If you’re feeling spendy, you can pass on the vodka for a full two-ounce pour of Chartreuse; the taste will be even lovelier, but it will raise the price ta
