Tawny port is the more aged version of port and is slightly reminiscent of sherry; ruby is the more juicy, red, less aged one. For a cocoa powder and port combo, I like the tawny better, but you could for sure try this with the ruby if you wanted a more fruity drink. Roasted cocoa powder, though not the antioxidant behemoth that raw cacao powder is, still retains many excellent health benefits. The flavonoids in cocoa help to reduce systemic inflammation and relax the muscles in your blood
