  • 1 tablespoon

Method

Roughly mash the tofu. Line a colander with a double layer of paper towel, then place the tofu in the colander and leave to drain for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, soak the hijiki in a bowl of water for 5 minutes, then drain. Mash the tofu well with a fork in a bowl. Add the hijiki, egg yolk, onion, carrot, potato starch, salt and soy sauce.
