  • 2 cups of mayonnaise
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 2

Method

Yum Yum Sauce

Whisk all ingredients together until smooth. Set aside.

Fries

Heat vegetable oil in a deep pot to 300°F/149°C.

Cut 2 Idaho potatoes into French fries. Blanch fries until soft and tender. Set aside and let cool for 15 minutes.

When ready to serve raise oil temperature to 350°
