  • ounces heavy cream
  • 7 ounces white chocolate

Method

White Chocolate Goat Cheese Cremoso

Pour heavy cream into a sauce pot and bring to a boil.

Melt white chocolate.

Bloom gelatin in a bowl of cold water. Once bloomed wring out excess water.

Add bloomed gelatin to hot heavy cream and stir until dissolved.

Place melted white chocolate in a food processor and turn it on.
