Charred Tomato Vinaigrette

  • 3 ripe beefsteak tomatoes
  • ¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil, plus extra for tomatoes

Method

Charred Tomato Vinaigrette

Preheat oven to 425°F.

Cut tomatoes in half and drizzle them with oil. Place on a sheet pan. Sprinkle with minced garlic, thyme and salt & pepper.
