  • 1 pork cheek, cleaned
  • ½ cup whole grain mustard

Method

Sous Vide Pork Cheeks

Pork Cheek Marinade/Rub

Combine all ingredients, except for pork cheek in a small bowl.

Make sure to trim any extra fat from edges of cheek.

Rub the pork with the mixture and let sit for 2-12 hours.
