  • 1 green banana peeled and boiled
  • ¼ cup chick peas, cooked
  • ¼ cup

Method

Green Banana Souse

Slice boiled green banana into ½ inch coins and put into bowl.

Add cooked chick peas and boiled diced yucca. Add scotch bonnet pepper and grated fresh ginger.

Chop Benne leaves and add soursop. Cover in coconut vinegar and avocado
