  • 6 cups Thomcord grapes
  • 2 cups granulated sugar

Method

Thomcord Grape Shrub

Combine grapes and sugar in a mixing bowl and lightly smash with the back of a spoon. Cover with plastic and refrigerate overnight.

The next day strain the grapes through a fine mesh sieve, pressing with the back of a spoon to get out all the juices. Discard the pulp and skins.

Add the vinegar and tonka beans to the juic
