Lillian’s Tasty Noodles

I always look forward to sunday dinners at Lillian robyn’s home in El Cerrito, California. Sometimes she invites other Chinese friends and each of them brings a home-made dish for the others to enjoy. ‘Pot luck’ sounds so Chinese anyway. In any case, we all experience a delicious home-cooked Chinese banquet.

I recall with delight this very tasty noodle dish, which Lillian put together one evening - in a matter of minutes. Imaginative and yet easy to make, it is a good alternative to
