Clear Mushroom Soup

Zupa Grzybowa Klarowna


  • 2 qts. vegetable stock
  • 6 large dry mushrooms or
  • 1 cup chopped fresh mushrooms
  • Chopped dill or parsley


Simmer mushrooms in vegetable stock for 1 hour. Strain. Chop parsley or dill fine and add to soup before serving. You may prefer not to strain the soup if you have used the fresh chopped mushrooms. Serve with uszka.
