Ingredients

  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 ½ tablespoon flour

Method

Gradually add milk to flour and stir to a smooth paste. Add egg and salt and beat well. Pour batter through coarse sieve into hot butter or friture. When it browns, lift out carefully. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve with fruit soups.
