Royal Chicken

Kura po Królewsku


  • Spring chicken
  • ½ cup butter
  • 1 large onion
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon paprika


Cut chicken in pieces. Saute onion in butter and when it becomes transparent, add chicken and fry very carefully until brown. Salt and pepper to taste. Add hot water, cover and simmer chicken until tender. When nearly done, add sour cream and sprinkle with paprika. Heat through and serve.
