Coquilles of Chicken

Kokilki z Drobiu


  • 2 cups cold cooked chicken
  • 1 cup mushroom liquor
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • Salt and pepper
  • ½ cup chopped mushrooms
  • ½ cup sherry
  • 2 tablespoon flour
  • 1 cup sweet cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth


Saute mushrooms in butter. Thicken with flour and add chicken broth and mushroom liquor. Cook until smooth. Season and add sherry. When cold, add the cream and chicken. Fill ramekins or shells with chicken, dot with butter and sprinkle with buttered bread crumbs. Bake in 350° oven for 20 minutes.
