Green Beans

Groch Szparagowy


  • 1 lb. young green beans
  • 1 tablespoon butter or
  • Boiling water
  • 3 slices crisp bacon
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 small onion, chopped


Cook beans in boiling water for 5 minutes. Drain and cover with fresh boiling water. Salt and cook uncovered until tender, about 15 minutes. In the last 5 minutes of cooking, add butter or diced bacon with onion.
