  • New potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Boiling salted water
  • 1 teaspoon

Method

They are a rare delicacy when properly prepared. Scrape the potatoes. Wash well. Cover with hot water, salt and cook covered on medium heat until tender. Drain and add butter and dill.
