Potato Balls

Kotleciki z Kartofli


  • 6 potatoes, mashed
  • ½ cup flour
  • 3 egg yolks
  • ¼ teaspoon celery seed
  • Salt and pepper
  • Egg yolk and bread crumbs


Cook and mash potatoes. When cool, add other ingredients, mix well and shape into small balls with the hands. Dip into egg yolk and crumbs. Fry in butter, deep fat or bake in oven to the right color and crispness.
