Ingredients

  • 3 cups diced cooked potatoes
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tablespoon

Method

Melt butter in frying pan and saute potatoes until they are thoroughly heated. Salt and pepper to taste. Add sour cream, eggs and chives. Bake covered in 350° oven for one hour.
