Royal Potatoes with Cheese

Kartofle Książęce z Serem


  • 4 cups sliced boiled potatoes
  • Salt
  • 2 cups grated cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • Butter
  • 3 cups milk


Peel and slice potatoes while they are hot. Butter a casserole and arrange layer of potatoes, sprinkle with cheese and melted butter, until all are used up. Beat eggs with milk, add salt, and pour over the potaotes. Bake 1 hour at 350°.
