• 1 lb. mushrooms
• 1 tablespoon bread crumbs
• 1 large onion, chopped
• 1 cup sweet cream
• 3 tablespoon butter
• Salt and pepper

Slice mushrooms. Saute onion in butter and add mushrooms. Cook until mushroom liquid disappears and only butter remains. Add bread crumbs. Last, add cream and simmer until thoroughly heated.
