Eggs with Ham

Grzybek z Szynką


  • 4 eggs
  • ¼ lb. cooked ham, chopped
  • 1 large onion or shallots
  • Salt and pepper


Chop onion very fine. Beat eggs slightly, add onion and ham. Season. Drop with spoon into butter or bacon drippings like small pancakes. Fry on both sides.
