Scrambled Eggs with Ham or Polish Sausage

Jajecznica z Szynką lub Kiełbasą

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • ½ lb. Polish sausage or
  • 1 tablespoon cream
  • ½ cup diced cooked ham

Method

Fry sausage or ham until slightly brown. Remove part of the fat from frying pan. Mix eggs with cream and pour over sausage or ham. Fry slowly, mixing lightly with spoon. Serve with chopped parsley.
