Mix sour cream with milk and set in warm place for 24 hours. Chill and serve.
Sour milk is a popular food in Poland. It is made of rich, unseparated milk and served with a sprinkling of sugar and cinnamon or with fried potatoes flavored with chopped bacon.
We have discovered that by adding sour cream to our bottled milk and letting it sour slowly, you get a very desirable consistency in the soured milk.
