Method

Scald milk, pour over sugar and butter. Cool. Dissolve yeast with a little of the warm mixture and add to remaining milk mixture. Add one-half of the flour and beat well. Add salt to eggs and beat until thick. Add to mixture and mix well. Add remaining ingredients. Knead for 15 minutes. Cover and let rise until double in bulk.
