Rum Sauce

Sos z Rumen


  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • ¾ cup apricot juice or
  • ½ cup rum
  • ½ cup water


Cook sugar with fruit juice or water for five minutes. Add lemon juice and pour over top and sides of babka. Spoon the rum over this. Serve warm with whipped cream.
