Sift flour, sugar and salt. Crumble yeast over the dry ingredients. Work the butter in as for pie crust. Add well beaten egg yolks and milk, mix well and let rise for 2 hours. Punch down and let rise again. Spread on well-floured board and roll half inch thick. Sprinkle with chopped nut meats, raisins, cinnamon and sugar. Roll and seal edges. Let rise 2 hours before putting in
