Ingredients

  • 4 egg yolks
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Method

Add salt to eggs and beat for 10 minutes. Add sugar and flavoring and beat until well blended. Fold in the flour. Transfer to a well-floured board and knead until the dough blisters.
