Apple Tea Cake

• 3 cups flour
• 3 eggs
• 1 cup butter

Cut butter into flour with knife like shortening in pie crust. Add eggs and sugar and mix thoroughly. Roll out and line baking pan. Bake in moderate oven for 25 minutes.
